PLEASE READ THIS NOTIFICATION CAREFULLY (THE “NOTIFICATION”). BY ENABLING YOUR COMPANY’S UPGRADE TO THE CLOUDLOCK SECURITY FABRIC OR THE CLOUDLOCK SECURITY FABRIC PLUS SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “CLOUDLOCK FABRIC SERVICES”), YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THIS NOTIFICATION, AND YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE CLOUDLOCK CUSTOMER FOR WHOM YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE OR AGENT (THE “CUSTOMER”) AND THAT CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THIS NOTIFICATION.
Subject to this Notification, CloudLock’s Terms of Service and Usage Policy available at www.cloudlock.com
and/or Customer’s signed service agreement with CloudLock as applicable (the “Subscription Agreement”), govern Customer’s use of the CloudLock Fabric Services. Customer acknowledges that the CloudLock Fabric Services currently operate on Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) and the CloudLock Fabric Service meta-data is currently stored on AWS. CloudLock reserves the right to add or modify the available cloud platforms for its services, provided any such cloud platform (including AWS) is covered under CloudLock’s SSAE16 SOC2 Type 2 (or higher standard) audit.
This Notification does not amend the scope or terms of the Subscription Agreement except to the extent that the above information conflicts with the Subscription Agreement. If Customer is obtaining the CloudLock Fabric Services through an upgrade from a different CloudLock service, then Customer is entitled to use the CloudLock Fabric Services made available through such upgrade to the extent such services are covered by the CloudLock subscription in effect immediately prior to the upgrade.
