As the new Director of Product Management at CloudLock, I’m looking forward to working with our customers to ensure that we continue to deliver solutions that enable them to successfully leverage the cloud without sacrificing data security.
In this post, I’ll introduce some newly released features in both CloudLock Apps Firewall and CloudLock Collaboration Security.
CloudLock Apps Firewall – Support for Mobile Apps
With CloudLock Apps Firewall, customers can now understand whether users are installing third party apps from mobile devices. If a third party app reports that it is a mobile device app, the app is clearly marked as a mobile app in the Apps List:

CloudLock Collaboration Security – Undo
Undo allows you to save hours of time by reverting non-destructive changes made to your Google Apps environment through CloudLock. Non-destructive changes include transfer of ownership, removal or addition of collaborators to one or more documents’ ACLs, or removal of public, external, or domain-specific sharing.
The Undo action can be applied individually against select files within a transaction, as well as in bulk against an entire transaction that you wish to revert. Transactions executed prior to the release of the Undo feature are not reversible.
To access the Undo feature, click on Reports in the left-hand navigation of CloudLock Collaboration Security, and then click on Audit Log. To undo an entire transaction, click the Undo button that corresponds with that transaction:

To apply undo to an action on an individual file, first expand the operation via the arrow on the left-hand side of the audit log entry, then click the Undo button or buttons that correspond to the actions on the files you wish to revert:

We would love to hear any feedback from our customers, as well as any specific instances when Undo functionality helps revert a change, saving hours of time. Please feel free to email me at jennifer@cloudlock.com.
