We are pleased to announce that, on the heels of our tremendously exciting release of support for Salesforce, we also have a major new release of our Collaboration Security product.
New Feature: Compound Policies
This is a substantial enhancement that enables people-centric security with our next generation Policy Engine. Further refining the ability to accurately identify and manage sensitive data in your Google Apps domain, it is now possible to combine the pattern detection of Compliance Scan (PCI, PII, and custom regular expression identification) with keyword-driven content scan. The combination of the two types of content awareness is an AND operation. See for example a compound policy to identify Credit Card numbers:
Or Social Security Numbers:
New Feature: Folder Awareness
You can now view the contents of domain-owned folders. This drill-down displays the full contents of the folder, allowing Administrators to see the underlying content. By filtering on documents owned externally, you can determine the internal collaborators and make possible connections on how an asset could be exposed.
Usability Enhancement: Internal Exposure Now Named Domain Wide Exposure
Internal Exposure has been renamed to the more descriptive Domain-Wide Exposure, which is more in line with how customers identify this type of exposure. This renaming is visible on the dashboard.
We would love to hear any feedback from our customers. Please feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
