  • Do you have special pricing for specific verticals?

  • Do you have pricing available for very large-scale deployments?

    Yes. We have volume pricing available through millions of users. Contact us for more information.

  • Are there any setup fees and do I need to buy services?

    Nope. No hidden fees for licensing, setup, support, or anything else. Our customer success team will make sure you get onboarded and up and running in a matter of minutes. CloudLock University provides a number of self-service options for onboarding, training and self-paced learning to assist in the process of making you a happy customer.

  • Do I need to pay for an year up front?

    Yes. CloudLock contracts are billed annually by default. We’ve found that customers who can commit for a full year of using CloudLock will be more successful cloud security users. And since your long-term success is our goal, we want to encourage those practices and support that goal. Bottom line: Annual contracts make happier CloudLock customers. And we want you to be happy.

  • Is there a minimum number of licenses that I need to purchase?

    Yes. The minimum user count for CloudLock is 50 licenses; user count is defined as “the number of user licenses you have for your cloud service platform”. In other words, if you had 500 Google Apps (or Salesforce) licenses, you would purchase CloudLock to cover all of those user’s data, workflow and apps.

  • Can I purchase licenses for only a subset of my users?

    Since risk can arise form any account or a piece of information, we only sell comprehensive license bundels to cover all users.

  • Can I try CloudLock before I buy?

    Absolutely! Free trials provide you with CloudLock for 14 days. You’ll find that the trial period does impose a few limits on the product, like the number of users the system will assess documents for.

  • Can I upgrade from one of the modules to any of the bundles?

    Yes, simply contact us at info@cloudlock.com if you would like to upgrade your current version.
