Pre-Sales Engineer – Waltham, MA Office
Our vision is to extend enterprise data security to the cloud. We provide Google Apps customers with superior data security and controls in Google’s collaboration suite than they’ve ever had on-premise.
As a pre-sales engineer at CloudLock, you will be the customer champion. You’ll work with our direct enterprise sales force, our partners, and Google reps to demonstrate to prospects how they can achieve superior data governance and controls in Google Docs & Sites using CloudLock. You’ll also spend a large portion of your time working with existing customers, ensuring their success with CloudLock.
Roles & Responsibilities
As our customer champion you will work with our engineering, product management, marketing, and sales team to ensure the success of our sales efforts as well as ensuring our customers love our product.
- Support CloudLock’s sales efforts with mid-size and large enterprise environments
- Present and articulate the need for an eGRC solutions for Google Docs & Sites
- Demo CloudLock
- Conduct POCs
- Train channel partners
- Responsible for customer success post deployment via training
